Selena Gomez Goes to Mexico, Gets Restraining Order

She must be sighing a few breaths of relief, as Selena Gomez – who was spotted arriving in Mexico with Justin Bieber on Saturday (January 7) – has seen her stalker be hit with a long-term restraining order.

On Friday, a judge smacked Thomas Brodnicki with a three-year order after he, himself, said, ?a restraining order should be issued against me to prevent me from trying to contact Selena.?

He must?ve had a change of heart, as – back in November – Brodnicki pled not guilty to stalking charges and had his case dismissed.

Gomez initially took action after Thomas stalked and threatened to kill her.

Nick Cannon is still on the recovery track.  After getting transported from Aspen Valley Hospital to L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai, he decided to get his freshness back.
